DESCRIPTION

The KC-V10 is a compact, semi-automatic cartoning machine with 10 stations and is designed for maximum flexibility and performance in industries such as pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, food and contract packaging. It supports various carton closure types — tuck-in, hot-melt, Euro-lock or any combination — making it highly adaptable to product and regulatory requirements across sectors.

At the heart of the KC-V10 is the NOVA 10 format module, engineered specifically for this machine. It allows tool-free format changes in under 3 minutes, with no parts needing to be changed on the formatwheel. This dramatically reduces setup times of the complete machine and increases productivity — particularly valuable in operations with frequent format changes, such as contract packers.

With 10 indexing stations, the KC-V10 provides ample space for integrating quality control modules such as print inspection, pharmacode or datamatrix readers, product presence sensors, and even full track & trace systems. The machine can also be configured with up to 5 filling stations (manual or automatic), and features optional pre-grouping of finished cartons for downstream processing.

The machine is mechanically driven for robust and consistent operation. Function control is handled by a PLC system in combination with an intuitive touchscreen panel, allowing operators to monitor all machine states, manage batches, switch between manual and automatic cycles, and access user-level-specific settings for operators, technicians, and administrators.

Each KC-V10 is custom-built to the client’s specific needs. For pharmaceutical applications, the machine can be delivered with a stainless steel top plate, camera systems, code verification, and the integration of customer-specific coders. Whether you're closing cartons with hot melt, tuck flaps or both, the KC-V10 can handle it — reliably, quickly, and with minimal format changeover.
