For contract packagers and other customers dealing with frequently changing carton sizes, a flexible and easily adjustable cartoning machine is essential.

The KC-V8 with its capability of up to three filling stations, is the ideal solution for operations in contract packaging. Its impressive format range allows it to handle a wide variety of packaging requirements with ease.
Whether you require tuck-in flaps, hot-melt closures, Euro-locks, or a combination thereof – the KC-V8 offers maximum configurability for efficient, reliable sealing of your cartons.

Additionally, we equip the KC-V8 with manual filling stations that, thanks to integrated safety systems and sensors, enable semi-automated operation. Once a carton is filled, the machine automatically indexes to provide the next empty unit for filling.

The machine is mechanically driven for robust and consistent operation. Function control is handled by a PLC system in combination with an intuitive touchscreen panel, allowing operators to monitor all machine states, manage batches, switch between manual and automatic cycles, and access user-level-specific settings for operators, technicians, and administrators.

On request, we can also integrate automated product infeed systems – for example, for bottles and similar containers.
