DESCRIPTION
The KC-V10 Automatic is the fully automated version of our proven KC-V10 cartoning platform. It is designed for high-output production environments where efficiency, reduced labor, and seamless line integration are key.
Based on the same robust mechanical concept and the NOVA 10 format system, the machine allows tool-free format changes in under 3 minutes without any change parts on the format wheel — ensuring maximum flexibility even in automated production.
In contrast to the semi-automatic version, the KC-V10 Automatic features fully integrated product, carton, and optional leaflet feeding systems, enabling continuous operation with minimal operator involvement. This makes it ideal for industrial packaging lines and contract packaging applications.
With 10 indexing stations, the machine offers extensive possibilities for integrating quality control systems such as print inspection, pharmacode and datamatrix readers, product presence verification, and full track & trace solutions.
All core functionalities, carton styles, and customization options correspond to the standard KC-V10 platform.
